1. Send an email to [email protected] and include the following:
Your personal details (name, contact number, valid email address, a photograph of the product, your proof of purchase (receipt clearly visible), BSB and Account Number). Provide a brief explanation as to why you are not satisfied with the Men Expert One Twist product.
2. You will then receive an automatic confirmation email saying that we have received your claim (please check your junk email if you do not receive within a few minutes).
3. Once the refund claim has been processed, you will receive a refund via EFT. It may take up to 7 days for you to receive this refund.
Aust. residents only. Persons under 18 must have parent/legal guardian approval to claim. Purchase Period: 17/08/23 – 11.59pm AEDT 24/09/23. Final claims end 11:59pm AEDT 8/10/23. To be eligible to claim, during the Purchase Period, purchase a purchase the product from a Chemist Warehouse/MyChemist store in Australia, including their online retailers, within the Purchase Period and retain your proof of purchase; use the Product in accordance with any usage instructions provided with the Product; and if you are not satisfied with the Product, make a claim in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. To claim, send an email to [email protected] with your full name, contact number, valid email address and postal address, photo of your receipt, a brief explanation as to why you are not satisfied with the Men Expert Product(s); and details of your BSB and Account Number. Max 1 claim per household. Max 1 claim permitted per household; and max 1 claim per eligible transaction/receipt. Claimants will receive a refund of the price paid by the claimant for the Product, inclusive of GST, up to a maximum of AUD$26
