Lumi Glotion, Shade 903

This product goes on so nicely, and dries almost instantly. It’s fairly easy to get even coverage, and once it’s on it doesn’t budge!
I found this shade too dark for my face, but tried it on my arms and legs and it gave the most perfect tan! I tested its longevity by putting some on one arm and going to bed, and when I woke up the next day it was still significantly tanner looking than my other arm that did not have any product on it.
It does wash off easily in the shower, but would be great for a quick tan before a night out!
It would also make the perfect face tan for people who regularly fake tan their body but not their face.
I’ve attached a photo of my legs with only product on the leg on the right side of the photo, to show the difference. It seems to cancel out redness really well!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As someone who had the pleasure of testing out the L’Oréal Paris Paradise Lumi Glotion, I must say I'm thoroughly impressed. The shade worked wonders for my skin, giving it a natural, radiant glow that lasted all day. Another thing I loved is its different uses, whether worn alone for a subtle glow, under foundation for added luminosity, or as a targeted highlighter, the Lumi Glotion delivered a beautiful, dewy finish. I also noticed how my skin stayed moisturised for up to 24 hours and as someone with sensitive skin, I was hesitant to try it but found that it didn’t cause any irritation. I definitely recommend it for anyone wanting to add an extra glow to the makeup routine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It’s March, its dull and my skin looks like I’ve been living in a cave..so I tried Glotion, it says its multipurpose which I always love, wear it by itself, under make up or as a hi-lighter, I have got the lightest shade which I put on as a hi-lighter, the product is really nice and goes on very smoothly and is light weight, it is quite subtle but then it looks more natural that way, I put it on in the morning and it still looked great late afternoon, certainly makes your face look more flattering and youthful , I would also add that I add hi-lighter to my foundation to make your whole face look brighter , this would be perfect. A must for the make up bag, a great all rounder!

I do like a bit of a glow, as my skin can be dull looking, but unfortunately this product just isn't for me.

I have older dry skin and found it just settles in the wrinkles and highlights them, which is not flattering!
And unfortunately I didn't notice any moisturising effects from using the glolotion.

I have started adding a tiny drop into my tinted moisturiser and found this works much better than using it as a stand alone application.

Okay I was mesmerised by this product! I love a natural glow, which I generally find I get through using select moisturisers. This is the product I didn't know I needed!!! I have use a this several times: over Makeup application, after moisturiser with no make-up and over a simple sunscreen base. I love how versatile this product is and how much fresher you look after using it. A bonus is that it does not clog your pores, yay!!!

I received this product in a medium, I am not sure why, as I am so pale almost paper white. It’s a nice colour, however just looks orange on me. My biggest issues with products like this is they don’t spread well and end up looking patchy, and once you start applying more it looks too dark or cakey. I personally would like to try one in my colour, but probably not this brand as it didn’t spread well over the face.

The L'Oréal True Match Lumi Glotion was a pleasant surprise for me. I've used multiple glow skin products to help my skin glow but none of them have helped up the way this one does. It goes on smooth and drys like a soft powder without transfer.I've worn it with foundation as well as just on top of my moisturizer and it works well in both situations. I would definitely recommend this to others.

I’ve been meaning to try this product as I’ve seen a lot of hype around it online and I was not disappointed.

I’ve been using it as a base for my makeup over the past few weeks, as well as mixing it into my foundation.

The product gives you a healthy, natural glow without making your face look greasy, mixes well with foundation without separating and doesn’t pill even through a 10-hour day in the office.

The shade I got to test was a bit dark for me, but it would be a perfect shade for the summer when I have a bit of tan.

I like that the glow this product gives is quite subtle, it also evens out my face complexion so I can use a thinner layer of foundation or no foundation at all.

It is similar to some high end highlight products I’ve used in the past, but the price point is much better and it’s very accessible as I can buy it at any local chemist.

Definitely something I’d repurchase!

Absolutely love this product! It does give the skin a nice glow. This product comes in a convenient small tube easy to put into your handbag. It’s very easy to apply with your fingers, also you can mix it with your foundation. The scent is not strong, seems to be unscented. I would definitely recommend this to others and definitely will be buying again!

I heard a lot about Glotion before trying it, so had high hope that were surpassed. The glow is perfection; a sunkissed shimmer without being a sparkly Christmas bauble. It’s great over spf, no pilling, and fantastic for the school run to feel put together. Left is the glotion, right is another well known glowy filter product for comparison (photo).

I've seen this product going around recently and been wanting to get my hands around it! There's a few ways to use this product and I personally love mixing the glow with my foundation before I apply them on my face to give it an extra glow. I like how the glow isn't too strong yet "subtle" enough to brighten your overall makeup, highly recommend!!!

I trialled this when doing my makeup for work and found it had a great light coverage and just the right amount of pigment. I fake tan everything but my face and this was the perfect product to match the colour while still looking super natural. Only downside is by the end of the day it was little oily, i recommend for more normal to dry skin types.

Not bad on the face as an Illuminating glow over makeup, under makeup made my face look very greasy, and anywhere else on my body it just accentuated texture and looked dry with a sheen. Disappointing - identical to the one by nude by nature, same washing up liquid smell, same result. I wouldn’t buy it again unless it was less than 6 dollars… sorry.

Serve multiple functions, such as moisturizing, priming, acting as a base makeup, or even functioning as a daily foundation. It's giving a a clean makeup look or "skin but better" appearance with shimmer or pearl. I can get a natural glow or radiance to the skin, making it look fresh and healthy without requiring heavy application.

I work from home and am constantly on video calls. This product has given me a perfect tinted glow, and the appearance of wearing makeup when I am not. My daughter loves it so much she insists I apply it to her face before school so she can be like mummy. I love that it's great on it's own or can be applied over your normal skin care routine. Some days there's just no time for it all, and this product does the job of all. The tint is so subtle that there's no issue with discolouration or lines. The product does not ball up, and feels so fresh and light on the skin. I am not fond of foundation, and have so much trouble finding the perfect sheer for that slight difference. I may just switch entirely!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone needs to try this! A small amount goes a long way. The first time use I applied a small amount to the back of my hand and applied the product on my cheeks. It’s a lovely consistency and dries quickly but not sticky. It looked beautiful and not too OTT on my fair skin. I applied it over a pink matte powder blusher.
The second time I used it I applied it before my foundation which worked well too, so depending what look you were after you can try a few different variations.
This can easily be applied to the decollate for a night out and perfect on top of a tan in the summer months too. So this product is very versatile for all age groups, skin tones and skin type as it not drying or oily.

I'm not sure of the point of this product. It is kind of like a moisteriser but I also felt like I needed a moisteriser as well before using this product. There was a slight glow after using it, but I also felt like I still needed to use my foundation. It was light and felt good on my face, but I wouldn't use it again.

This is such a versatile product! I really like mixing it with my foundation for that extra glow. It creates a lovely "glow from within" effect and looks quite natural (a little goes a long way!). The texture is light and creamy, mixes well, and is not sticky. Can be too harsh if used too liberaly by itself.

Product was a miss for me, especially given the price of a bottle. Glitter specks are chunky and noticeable - would not put this anywhere near your face, especially if you have dry skin. If you have troubled skin I would also stay far away, as many of the ingredients are potentially irritating for acne.

Wonderful formulation. Light, breathable, non-sticky on combination skin, natural shimmer. I tried the Light 902 shade which ended up too dark for my skin. However, I mixed it 50:50 with sunscreen and the shade lightened with just a right amount of natural shimmer. Definitely brightens the skin!

I don’t wear blush, so used this instead on my cheekbones. It’s really not very noticeable, maybe in direct sunlight would give a more noticeable glow? It is extremely subtle but you could probably build it up to get it more noticeable. Would be great on your décolletage to subtly enhance.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Lumi Glotion has a nice clean smell and feels very light on the skin. I wore this product alone without makeup, it lasted all day and was easy to take off as part of a double cleanse. My skin felt hydrated, and it didn't irritate my sometimes sensitive skin. It made my skin look glowy but not greasy. My cheeks are naturally a little red, this product didn't hide the redness but did make my overall skin texture look glowy and smooth. I would use this as a primer before makeup, or alone if I was having a good skin day. This product isn't for people who like a matt look however.

Really enjoyed the product. The formula is light weight and blended nicely into warm-toned skin. The glow is more natural than other highlighting products I've tried previously. I appreciate the more subtle glitter and works well as a base/highlighter for light make-up days.

I’ve been using the product for a couple of weeks and I love it. It’s such an easy base for my makeup and it leave such a beautiful glowing effect. The medium looks dark on my skin but then blends so nicely. I’d highly recommend this for a ‘no make up, make up’ look!

Really loved the results from this product. I’ve used several brands previously, and this is definitely a top three. Was able to mix with other products such as foundation and sunscreen without it separating. Gave a nice glow without being heavy on the glitter base.

L’Oréal Lumi Glotion is a cream highlighter. I’ve been applying it on my cheekbones where I would apply my highlighter and it looks great but the glow may not last as long as some other brands I’ve tried. I like the cream formula as powder can make my skin look dry.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A soft smooth very lightweight cream. Adds a luminous glow to skin. Only a small amount is needed and I found it added a slight healthy sheen to my skin. It can be used alone just to add a glow or under foundation to improve skins appearance. It was easy to apply and makeup went on well on top of it. The colour was great for me and just added a boost to my skin with no shimmer just radiance. Easy to remove and left no residue. Didn’t know I needed such a product but absolutely love it and it will be a staple in my make up bag for a quick flash of radiance alone or under make up.

I wanted to love this product however I found that the shade of bronze was far too pink for my skin tone which looked unnatural. I also found that it was more a shimmer than a glow so just looked like I was wearing too much highlighter rather than a summery glow.

The shade I received was a tad too dark, so I wasn’t able to appreciate the product fully. But I did find it a hydrating product and definitely gave a nice illuminating glow that brightened the face. I will be purchasing this product in a lighter shade!
